Standard design flexible configuration 

G-Flex Modular comprises a range of pre-designed pre-tested products based on a fully welded frame with removable-reconfigurable functional units.

For sectors with heavy wear or frequent line changes modular is an extremely flexible way of managing through-life changes to maintain efficiency, reduce redundancy and extend operating life.

Four configurations

The range is based on a library of standard backplate designs for starters, drives and protection devices, with enclosures available in four sizes - four configurations, capable of meeting around 80% of normal power distribution and motor control requirements.

Reduced design time

G-Flex offers substantially reduced design time by utilising type tested modular blocks configured to customer specifications, and pre-designed standard enclosures.

Functional unit changeover

Functional units can be easily changed, here two DOL starters units are reconfigured to a single VSD unit simply by removing the internal section divider and changing the door.
