ISO 45001, 9001 and 14001 management systems are audited and certified by a UKAS accredited certification body, providing the overarching framework for legal compliance, business conduct and operating procedures across health and safety, quality, and environment.

As an off-site manufacturer we control more than 90% of identifiable health and safety risks on our own premises. We operate to ISO 45001. All our managers and supervisors hold IOSH certificates. And we carefully plan delivery and commissioning to minimise our time on site and ensure that all parties are fully invested in our RAMS.

GPS’ quality management system ensures that all design engineering and test procedures are fully compliant with BS EN 61439 and ISO 9001 procedures; supported by a robust risk management and continual improvement process in pursuit of error elimination.

We manage the environmental aspects of our business processes under ISO 14001, and apply sustainability principles to manufacturing operations including energy and fuel savings, waste management, travel reduction and carbon accounting, as well as product development in terms of energy optimisation and life extension.
